Mr. Jude Mndeme – Managing Director

Mr. Mndeme is a Co-Founder as well as the Managing Director of High Tech Systems (T) Ltd. Mr. Mndeme studied at Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Prior to joining the Company Mr. Mndeme worked with the Tanzanian Armed Forces as an Engineer in charge of Computerization Projects, and attained the rank of Captain.
